Some simple positive attitude tips are often times overlooked.
We get aught up in the hustle and bustle of life. We tend to focus on the negative (problems) and eventually become overwhelmed by them.
So here are 10 positive attitude tips
1. Stop and smell the roses. Take time to look around and take in the beauty of nature. Be grateful you can do this.
2. The eyes of a child - look at things as if you were a child. Something new to explore and captivate your imagination.
3. Pump up the volume - Find those songs that get your adrenalin pumping. Song that bring back fond memories. Songs that remind you of good times you’ve had
4. Change the channel - Watch a movie that brings you inspiration. My favorites are the “Rocky” movies.
5. Be nice to people - it’s a known phenomenon that when you smile at someone with genuinity, that it becomes infectious. In return, you’ll get smiles and kind gestures back. Tell someone you appreciate them.
6. Write down your current problem (if you have one) put it in an envelope and open it up later. This will free up your mind and help you think more logically when it’s time to open it.
7. Write down some of your greatest accomplishments. Write down some of your greatest positive moments and how they made you feel.
8. Call an old friend or relative you haven’t talked to in a while, just to say hi. Don’t mention any problems and say “thanks” for making my day.
9. Watch an inspirational video
10. Change into some nice clothes.
